Richard Collingwood & Iain McDougall joined our team in November 2004 and continue to provide a first class catering facility for all your golfing requirements. Before joining the team, Iain held the position of Head chef in the local Drummond Arms Hotel for 19 years. Richard began working with Iain seven years ago, and for the later four years worked along side him as soux chef. Their years of catering experience are a bonus to the clubs great reputation.
